    Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (with tags and packaging) to be eligible for a refund.
    If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will process it for you after confirmation.

    Reason for Refund
    We will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your request to confirm your refund request.
    Once approved, please ship the item back to our designated return address. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a defective item.
  3. Refund Processing
    Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
    Refunds will be made to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, refunds will be made directly to the relevant credit card account.
